Serras Andorra brings the intimacy of a boutique hotel to a spectacular mountain setting. Contemporary interiors, soft textures and generous rooms create an inviting base in Incles, close to Soldeu and the Grandvalira ski area.
Families have particular reason to settle in: private beginner slopes, dedicated children’s spaces and several genuinely spacious room layouts. After skiing, the rhythm softens around the spa, a terrace drink and a leisurely dinner at Bruna.
The hotel’s own beginner slopes and lifts are beside the property, with complimentary access for hotel guests when operating. These are separate from the wider Grandvalira ski area; skiing depends on snow and operating conditions.

SPA & WELLNESS
Serras Spa is an atmospheric retreat with a water circuit, sauna, infrared cabin, steam bath, cold-water pool and experience showers. Thoughtful materials and softly lit relaxation spaces create a welcome change of pace after the mountains.
Choose from relaxing or deep-tissue massage, obsidian hot-stone treatments, a citrus scrub and Natura Bissé facial and body care. Couples can book a shared treatment room or the Romantic Room experience with massage, private jacuzzi and cava. Treatments and rituals are separately charged and should be reserved ahead; the selection changes with the season.
The hotel has a gym, with yoga and meditation included in selected Holistic Spa Day programmes. Personal or duo training, assisted stretching and private yoga can be requested. We will confirm current equipment, opening hours, age requirements and any access or session charges for your dates.
